Designation **:Procure to Pay (P2P/AP) - Mandarin Speaker**
Location **:Bandar Utama, Selangor**
Working Days **:Monday - Friday**
Working hours**:9am - 6pm**
Salary**:RM 2,600 - RM 5,000 (based upon experience)**
Term of Contract**:Permanent**
- Receive, review, and process invoices from vendors and suppliers for goods and services rendered to the organization.
- Verify that invoices are accurate, properly coded, and authorized for payment according to company policies and procedures.
- Prepare and process payments through various methods such as checks, electronic transfers, or online payment systems.
- Reconcile vendor statements with accounts payable records to ensure all invoices are accounted for and discrepancies are resolved promptly.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date records of accounts payable transactions, including invoices, payments, and correspondence.
- Prepare reports on accounts payable activities, such as aging reports, cash flow projections, and expense analyses, as required by management.

**Requirements**:
1) **Degree in Accounting or Finance/ Professional Qualifications in Accounting (CIMA/ACCA)**
2) **Minimum 1-4 years of experience in performing accounts payable role**
3) Basic Accounting Knowledge
4) **Experience with SAP or S/4hana is an added advantage**

**Salary**: RM2,600.00 - RM5,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday
