**You will be responsible for**:

- Working within the Operations team to curate and pack gift sets
- To coordinate with the sales team to ensure each order is completed
- Curate, plan and put together an ideal gift set that fits their unique criterias
- Work closely with the other relevant departments within Hello Joy to ensure gift fullfillment is met
- To assist with the process and production flow of the gift curating
- To ensure that our that our team members are informed of the progress of the client's orders
- To assist with procurement of gifting items which are needed in the operational flow

Most importantly, to have fun at work with a joyful and positive attitude

**; Requirements**:
- To have an interest in operations and gift-making
- To be able to work in a team and on your own (depending on the situation).
- Having a fun and bubbly personality would be a super BONUS
