**What you’ll be doing**
- Provide expert recommendations on aesthetic treatment and products tailored to the client’s needs;
- Prepare post-treatment medications and products, and provide clear post-treatment care instructions to clients;
- Work together and lead team members to achieve sales target;
- Provide high standards of customer service;
- Follow up with customers on their treatments and progress;
- Manage clinic's day to day operations; and
- Handle complaints and provide appropriate solutions professionally and promptly.

**What we are looking for**
- Strong in Personal Sales, client relationship management and sales oriented;
- Good communication skills (able to speak English and Bahasa Melayu, Mandarin will be an added advantage);
- Able to work in a team or independently;
- Passionate, highly motivated in self and business growth; and
- Pleasant appearance.
