**Recreation Manager**

**(Based in The Taaras Beach & Spa Resort, Redang Island)**

Surrounded by the spectacular, crystal clear waters of the South China Sea, The Taaras Beach & Spa Resort bestows a bespoke luxury experience amid warm Asian hospitality for those seeking privacy and exclusivity. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Recreation Manager to oversee all recreational at our resort.

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
The Recreation Manager will play a key role in creating a vibrant and engaging atmosphere for our guests, ensuring that they have access to a diverse range of recreational options and entertainment during their stay
- Plan, organize, and implement a comprehensive recreation program that caters to guests of all ages and interests.
- Introduce innovative and exciting activities, events, and entertainment options to enhance the overall guest experience.
- Supervise and manage recreational facilities, including pools, sports courts, and activity centers. Ensure equipment and facilities are well-maintained and adhere to safety standards.
- Recruit, train, and supervise a team of recreation staff.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, motivating the team to deliver exceptional guest service.
- Implement guest suggestions and continuously strive to exceed guest expectations.
- Develop and manage the recreation budget, ensuring cost-effective operations.

**EXPERIENCES**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Recreation Management, Hospitality, or related field
- Proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality or recreation industry
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to interact effectively with guests, staff, and other departments
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality experiences
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and guest needs

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
