**Qualifications & experience**
- LCCI, Diploma or an equivalent qualification in accounting
- Proven Experience in basic accounting roles is a plus
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Able to start immediately or within short notice
- Fluent in English, Malay and Chinese is required.

**Tasks & responsibilities**
- Manage full set of accounts following accounting principles, including bank reconciliation, schedules, journal entries, and other deliverable required for reporting purposes.
- Handle petty cash payment
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
- Generate invoices, debit and credit note
- Ensuring all accounts are current and updated.
- Ensuring inventory, supplier invoices/payments are reviewed and up to date
- Ensure all companies’ documents are up-to-date, proper filling and well keep.
- Any other relevant duties as assigned from time to time.
