As a Business Management Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of business operations and management. **Responsibilities**:

- **Assist with Business Planning**: Support the development and implementation of business plans, including market research, competitor analysis, and strategic planning.
- **Project Management**: Assist in managing projects from initiation to completion, including coordinating team efforts, tracking progress, and ensuring timely delivery of project objectives.
- **Data Analysis**: Collect, analyze, and interpret data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support decision-making processes.
- **Marketing Support**: Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies, campaigns, and promotional activities to enhance brand awareness and drive customer engagement.
- **Operations Support**: Provide support to various operational functions, such as inventory management, supply chain coordination, and logistics planning.
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Assist in maintaining and nurturing relationships with customers, clients, and stakeholders. Provide support in addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- **Research and Development**: Conduct research on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices. Assist in identifying opportunities for innovation and business growth.
- **Administrative Tasks**: Support day-to-day administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and organizing documents.
- **Learning and Development**: Take advantage of learning opportunities provided during the internship to enhance your skills and knowledge in business management.

**Qualifications**:

- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Eagerness to learn and contribute to the success of the organization.

Contract length: 3-6 months

Pay: From RM700.00 per month
