Scope of Work: 1. Outline client design objectives. 2. Conceptualize and sketch design plans. 3. Determine cost of completion and project requirements in the budgeting phase. 4. Set a timeline for the completion of a project. 5. Source quotation for works, materials and products included in plans. 6. Create 'mood boards' to sample your design vision. 7. Inspect design after completion to determine whether client goals have been met. 8. Consult and submit to authorities on regulations and requirements. 9. Periodical supervision of works on site until completion. Below are some allowance and benefits offered: 1) additional overtime claims 2) office parking allowance: 3) handphone + toll allowance 4) annual leave: starting from 14 days per annum 5) EPF/Socso/PCB: follow statutory rates 6) Medical allowance 7) medical/sick leave 8) Probationary Period: 3mths
