**FUNCTION**: Finance, CFOM

**MONTHLY ALLOWANCE**:Starting from RM5,400 + Benefits + Bonus

**LOCATION**:Sunway Geo Tower, Bandar Sunway

**ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES**

**Reporting Level**:Individual Contributor

**Reporting To**: Assistant Manager - Controllership

**Geographic Scope**:Global, APMEA (Asia Pacific Middle East Africa)

**WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR**
- Open Item Management and GRIR (Drive and business partnering with End Market to resolve open item)
- Perform month end close/ reporting activities such as IFRS15 recognition, financial integrity check, journal entries, reconciliations, IFRS statutory financials submission etc
- Perform monthly unrealized profit reasonable check and rectifying any issue related to unrealized profit.
- Perform IFRS16 activities such as identifying contracts which fall in the scope of IFRS16 and capitalizing assets accordingly
- Coordinate bi-annual requirements on Additional Disclosures for Half Year, Fast Close and Year End IFRS statutory financial reporting.
- Ensuring SOX compliance in day-to-day activities
- Support Line Manager in Half Year and Year End financial SOx testing and closing.
- Record Retention Coordinator
- Prepare and deliver accurate information (Budget, Forecast and Actual results), in line with Group accounting principles to assure a proper disclosure of company financial information to key stakeholders
- Analyze variance and financial modeling to facilitate informed and robust decision-making by senior stakeholders.
- Act as a SPOC between internal Global and Regional teams (e.g: Group Accounts, CP&A, Asia Pacific Finance) to maximize standardization, efficiency and alignment of internal tools and processes

**ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE**
- ** A Bachelor Degree in Finance and Accounting OR with any professional accountancy qualification (i.e. CA/ACCA/CIMA/CPA)**:

- ** Minimum 3 years of working experience in Statutory Financial Reporting, Compliance, IFRS16, SOX Controls, Finance Governance, General Accounting, Audit**:

- **Good exposure to MS Office - Pivot Table, vLookup**:

- A thorough understanding and knowledge of relevant finance tools and systems, including BI, BPC & SAP, PowerBI, Macro is a plus
- Understand the impact of accounting process and practice
- Able to drive projects and process improvements
- Detail oriented, analytical, proactive and able to work under pressure with mínimal supervision
- Knowledgeable in identifying risk and implementing controls
