- To manage export and import bookings, communicate with agents, liners, co-loaders, and service provider
- To prepare shipping documents, import/export documentation - declaring and filing
- Monitoring the sailing schedule and freight rate to related departments.
- To liaise with shipping lines and customer on bookings and documentation matters
- To prepare invoice for every shipment
- To update in system and filling for routine orders
