**About the team**:
The LifeCycle Operations team endeavors to continuously build and deliver a seamless and positive employee experience across the whole employee lifecycle. We're dedicated to leading with care and have empathy in mind. We strive to develop efficient and simple people processes, systems, policies and programs.

**Responsibilities**:

- Receive and optimally respond to service inquiries and requests with timely, accurate, and professional replies while managing multiple contact channels and dynamic work.
- Provide insight, first-line support for all routine employee inquiries, and explanation on HR system and administrative activities in support of HR processes.
- Supports Regional HR Centers with summarizing business usage of HR processes, pain points, and knowledge gaps.
- Knowledge of and ability to adhere to and update HR on service BOT knowledge base, Human Resources policies, procedures, and practices and promoting the establishment and update of the human-consulting service knowledge base.
- Responsible for the maintenance and management of HR consulting work orders, and conduct analysis, prepare surveys, statistics, present data findings and inspection regularly.
- Be hands on the HRIS Systems and process employee certificates though the system.
- Complete all other reasonable tasks as assigned time to time.
- Bachelor’s Degree or above in Human Resources or other relevant fields.
- Minimum of 1 -2 years of full-time experience in human resources, familiar with the HRIS systems and On Calls / Service desks.
- Ability to work independently in an ambiguous and multicultural environment to handle multiple, competing priorities, and short deadlines.
- Strong collaborative partnership skills to ensure the effective resolution of inquiries.
- Excellent learning ability, careful and patient, and with strong work enthusiasm and a sense of responsibility.
- Must be tech oriented to handle multiple HRIS platforms.
