IT Officer

Responsibilities
- Troubleshooting internet connection issues, sharefolders of new and existing PCs
- Configuring and maintaining network system, firewalls, server PCs of systems which may include but not limited to: Fortigate Firewall, CATO-WAN etc
- Support in SQL upgrading works if required.
- Create and maintain backups for server PCs which may include Onedrive, NAS sharefolder etc.
- Take note of software expiry date (such as antivirus and Microsoft licensing) and check with Purchasing team for renewal of software licensing.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum qualification: Diploma in Information Technology; SPM may be considered with sufficient relevant work experience.
- Minimum one year of experience as an IT Officer with relevant responsibilities and experience
- Proficiency communicate in Mandarin is essential, English and Malay.
- Possessing comprehensive PC expertise and capable of resolving technical issues effectively.
- On-call support and overtime are available as needed.

Pay: RM3,300.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
