**Responsibilities**:
Manage Research & Planning:

- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Conduct user research, create user personas, and develop journey maps to inform design decisions.
- Ensure all designs are visually aligned with the company's brand identity and marketing goals.
- Manage timelines and projects effectively to ensure deadlines are met

Manage Conceptual & Design Process:

- Sketch product concepts and design products and collections, translating ideas into original creations
- Create motion graphics and animated content using Adobe After Effects.
- Develop innovative design solutions for a variety of projects, including branding, advertising, digital media, and UI/UX designing item like marketing collaterals, product packaging, social media content materials.
- Create designs that effectively communicate our brand messages and positioning
- Oversee the entire design journey, from initial concept to prototyping, and final product production.

Manage Digital Communication Asset
- To plan, design, publish and manage all company social media accounts, website content and online platforms.
- To assist digital marketing, media, graphics, and visual management, be creativity to develop marketing strategies.

Manage Creative Asset
- Ensure assets are used effectively and in a good condition.
- Ensuring brand consistency by maintaining a unified brand message across all content and platforms.
- Streamlining workflows by creating efficient processes for content production.

Manage Collaboration and Coordination
- Work in a collaborative manner across department and cross organization.
- Understands outcomes and continuously refine designs through feedback, usability testing and iteration.

Manage Reporting and Analysis:

- Prepare and present design concepts to stakeholders and incorporate feedback into designs.
- Prepare social media report and creative output for management review.
- Any ad-hoc assignments assigned by your immediate superior.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Diploma/Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a proven portfolio.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Knowledge of web design principles and tools (e.g., WordPress).
- Experience with Adobe After Effects for motion graphics and animation.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team.
- Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
