- **Job Summary**
We are looking for a passionate and driven Group Business Analytics Intern with an interest in data science and machine learning. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience working on real-world analytics and machine learning projects. As part of the Group Business Analytics team, you will work closely with experienced data scientists and analysts to help solve complex business problems and support data-driven decision-making across the organization.

**Responsibilities**:

- Support data collection, cleaning, and exploratory analysis tasks.
- Assist in preparing datasets for machine learning, including basic feature engineering.
- Contribute to model training and performance evaluation under supervision.
- Help create visualizations and reports to support ongoing analytics projects.
- Document analysis steps and communicate key findings with guidance.
- Participate in team discussions and learn about data science workflows in a business setting

**Functional skills and knowledge**
- Currently pursuing a degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Familiarity with Python and basic data manipulation libraries (e.g., pandas, numpy).
- Some experience or coursework in machine learning (e.g., scikit-learn).
- Basic SQL knowledge is a plus.
- Understanding of statistical concepts and data modeling fundamentals.
- Exposure to data visualization (e.g., Matplotlib, Seaborn, or BI tools) is a bonus.
- Eagerness to learn and contribute to real-world projects.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Clear communication and a collaborative attitude.
