IT Officer

Job Responsibilities
- Provide first-level IT support to internal users.
- Assist in the implementation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of MIS systems, including computer hardware and software, servers, printers, network infrastructure, and internet services.
- Coordinate with both internal teams and external vendors for the implementation, integration, and ongoing support of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (ERP) system.
- Manage IT asset movements and maintain accurate records in the IT asset database.
- Carry out ad hoc assignments as directed by management.
- Set up and configure computers, printers, and software for new employees.
- Required to travel to the Johor Bahru office once a month to provide on-site IT support.

Job Qualifications
- Diploma in Computer Science/IT/ Data Science qualification or equivalent.
- 1 - 2 years experience in similar field is an advantage;
- Fresh graduates are also welcomed to apply
- Computer literate, analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skills
- Will be based in Bangi Office.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
