Maintains the computer networks of all types of organisations, providing technical support and ensuring the whole company runs smoothly
- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
- Troubleshoot computing issues related to PCs and hardware equipment such as a mouse, keyboards, CPU issues, Printers.
- Configure, deploy, set up and repair Operating Systems, Client Networking, and hardware.
- Provide IT operational support and guidance to user
- Liaise with external vendors to resolve IT services issues
- Perform ad-hoc IT Task

Requirement
- CGPA 2.00 and above
- Age 27 and below
- Fresh Graduate are encouraged to apply.
- Experience in troubleshooting PC, Laptop, and IT hardware.
- Familiar with technical the term especially in Computer Hardware.
- Strong communication skill among team members.
- Strong attention to details and excellent analytical capabilities
- Strong logical thinking and troubleshooting mindset.
- Required language: Bahasa Malaysia & English

Notes
- A trainee will undergo 9 months program
- Soft Skill training for one (1) week
- Accommodation will be providing during soft skill training
- On Job training for eight (8) months and three (3) weeks
- Entitled for medical expenses for outpatient
- Work Location: Shah Alam, Selangor

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,000.00 per month
