Mathematics Teacher

**About the role**

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Mathematics Teacher to join our dynamic global team at Myko Education. As a Mathematics Teacher, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality Mathematics education to our learners between the age of 12 to 18 years. This is a full-time position, and you will be working remotely and at times required to travel to Singapore for team meetings.

**What you'll be doing**
- Designing engaging, age-appropriate Mathematics lessons that cater to the diverse learning needs of our students in Singapore, Malaysia and Australia.
- Implementing innovative teaching methodologies to enhance the learning experience
- Monitoring student progress, providing constructive feedback, and adapting teaching strategies to ensure student success
- Collaborating with the teaching team to develop and refine curriculum materials, lesson plans, and assessment tools
- Fostering a positive, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment that encourages student participation and growth
- Maintaining accurate student records and providing regular updates to parents and school management
- Marking and assessing students' work for the senior teachers as their assistants. Give feedback to the students and analysis to the senior teachers.

**What we're looking for**
- A bachelor's degree in Education or a related field, with a specialization in Mathematics teaching
- A minimum of 2 years of experience teaching Mathematics at the secondary and/or high school level
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken
- Excellent content mastery in Mathematics at middle and high school level.
- Good understanding of the GCE/ VCE/ IB curriculum.
- Strong pedagogical skills and the ability to create engaging and interactive lesson plans
- Demonstrated experience in using technology effectively in the classroom
- A passion for working with children and a commitment to their academic and personal growth
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
