**Key Responsibilities**:
**Clerical Tasks**:
- Organize and maintain files, invoices, and records (physical and digital).
- Prepare and issue invoices, receipts, and quotations.
**Accounting Support**:
- Record daily sales, expenses, and transactions in the accounting system.
- Process and verify payments from customers and suppliers.
- Manage petty cash and reconcile accounts.
- Assist in generating financial reports (monthly/annual).
**Stock Management**:
- Monitor and update inventory records for glass, mirrors, and related materials.
- Assist in stock-taking and ensure records are accurate.
**Customer Support**:
- Address customer inquiries related to payments or orders.
- Issue reminders for overdue payments and manage follow-ups.
**Compliance and Audits**:
- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
- Assist with audits by preparing necessary documentation.
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum **Diploma/Certificate in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration**.
- Experience in clerical or accounting roles is an advantage.
- Proficiency in **Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)** and accounting software (e.g., Million).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with numbers.
- Good communication skills in **English and Malay** (advantageous).
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
**Work Schedule**:
- **Working Days**: Monday to Saturday
- **Working Hours**: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
**Salary**:
- Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications.
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
