- Lead the development & subscription for IM2U VER 2 and white label, ensuring it meets market demands and is aligned with company objectives.
- Lead, motivate, and direct the programmer team and business development team.
- Conduct regular check-ins and updates with team members to track progress, address challenges, and provide guidance.
- Stay updated with current market trends and demands to ensure the product remains relevant and competitive.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software engineers and business stakeholders, to define project scope, objectives, and requirements.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure the successful execution of software projects.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure projects stay on track.
- Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, translating technical concepts into business-friendly language and vice versa.
- Ensure that software engineering teams deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.
- Provide regular project status updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices within the banking and financial services sector to inform project strategies.
- Handle other ad hoc tasks and responsibilities assigned by management from time to time, ensuring flexibility and responsiveness to organizational needs.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in **Business Administration**, **Information Technology**, or other relevant fields.
- Able to speak in Mandarin is a bonus.
- At least **5-7 years of experience** in IT project management, preferably within the **banking and financial services sector** or a related FinTech environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively between technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Knowledge of current market trends and best practices in FinTech, banking technology, and software development.
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
