**Responsibilities**:

- Perform clerical duties such as preparation of cheques, online remittance for payments, managing and monitor company cash flow and petty cash, etc.
- To assist on Daily Sales Report, Daily Collection Report, Daily Delivery Report.
- To assist on bank reconciliation, journal entry and data entry.
- Update company directory, renewal company licensing, maintain of company assets.
- Maintain filing system to facilitate traceability of documents at all times.
- Perform daily administrative works and clerical duties.

**Requirements**:

- 1 or 2 years of related working experiences will be preferable.
- Good communication in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia (verbal & written).
- Computer literate in Microsoft Office.
- Able to communicate with all levels of people.
- Have own transport.
- Presentable, resourceful, initiative, detail-oriented and independent.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From RM1,500.00 per month
