- Graduate with background and experience in consumer/ customer/ client facing business, sales and marketing environments.

**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Will be responsible for supporting the Manager in all sales and marketing efforts.
- Undertake daily administrative & operational tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities.
- strong customer service and personal skills that allow positive interactions with customers and internal team members.
- Frequent communication with customers, suppliers & other departments of the company, often corresponding on behalf of the manager.
- Update spreadsheets, reports, presentations and analysis with statistical, financial and non-financial information.
- Assisting in marketing and promotional activities domestically and internationally.
- Follow-up on shipment plan, production schedule and payments from customers on daily basis.
- Plan and prepare advertising and promotional material to increase sales of products or services by working with customers, company officials, and advertising agencies.

**REQUIREMENT**
- Proven experience as a Sales & Marketing Assistant / co-ordinator / Executive.
- Proficiency in English Language is mandatory, including the ability to interact effectively with people of diverse cultures & regions.
- Willing to work flexible hours.
- Strong time management and effective organisational skills, with the ability to think laterally, work under pressure and achieve work deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Should be very flexible and willing to undertake a varied number of tasks; learning and developing your skills as you contribute to the Sales & Marketing team.
- Should be ambitious and prepared to grow with the company developing the role according to your skill, work ethic and attributes.
- Knowledge and broad understanding of office protocols in a corporate business work environment.
- Willing to travel both nationally and internationally.
- Willing to work /relocate to Telok Panglima Garang, Selangor.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
