Photocopier Technician

**Responsibilities**:

- Carry out repairs and servicing of Monochrome and Color Digital Multifunction Product (SHARP & FUJI FILM MFPs), enable hardware and software at workshop or customer's premises and services to the highest standards.
- Manage and repair copier on and off-site
- Investigate and resolve maintenance and repair issues
- Identifying and troubleshoot malfunctions cause
- Respond to all customer's call and ensure that the customer's machine are in working condition.
- Conduct trouble shooting on machines and escalate problem to Superior for issues that are complicated.
- Experience in Rectified Minor /Major (Error Code)
- Experience in Related Fields would be an advantage

**Requirements**:

- Good communication skills in both written and spoken Bahasa Malaysia/ English/ Mandarin/ Hindi.
- Ablility to demostrate and technically oriented with good analytical skills.
- Mature and able to work with minimum supervision. Able to handle customer's complaints.
- Knowledge of colour digital print products and knowledge of file handling software will be an added advantage.
- At least 1 Year (s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Possess good eye vision and not colour blind.
- Full-Time position(s) available.
- Able to work independently as well as a good team player.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated and hardworking.
- Honest and responsible
- Must have own transport. Willing to travel to Selangor area.

- Main Office based in Seremban 2, working location at selangor and Kuala Lumpur areas.
