1. Perform technical work, servicing and repair of air-conditioners and its related parts at client’s site in accordance with requirements.

2. Maintain good service quality and ensure compliance of safety standards.

3. Prepare and submit necessary documents such as service report for client’s acknowledgement and supervisor’s review after each engagement.

4. Liaise with client and/or its appointed representative on servicing schedule arrangement.

5. Adhere to the company’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) including but not limited to adopting good housekeeping practice and ensure tools are complete and in good condition.

6. Ensure safe usage and proper storage of tools and equipment.

7. Attend to other assignments as instructed by the management.
