Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for all electrical systems, including wiring, control panels, lighting, and power distribution systems.
- Troubleshoot and rectify electrical faults promptly to minimize downtime.
- Conduct periodic inspections of electrical installations to ensure they meet operational and safety standards.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, including energy efficiency and safety.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, inspections and repairs.
- Support the facilities management team during audits and inspections by providing documentation and technical insights.
- Collaborate with other departments or vendors for electrical installations, upgrades, and repairs.
- Respond to emergency breakdowns and resolve issues efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with the company’s safety policies and procedures while performing electrical works.
- Provide technical support and training to junior technicians as required.

**Job Requirements**
- Possess a valid **PW4 Electrical Certification from Suruhanjaya Tenaga**.
- At least 3 years of experience in electrical maintenance, preferably in the facilities management industry.
- Familiarity with electrical systems in commercial, industrial, or residential buildings.
- Skilled in using tools, equipment and software for electrical systems.
- Knowledge of energy efficiency practices and sustainable electrical solutions is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of local electrical regulations and safety standards.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and reporting skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
