- Maintaining a high level of motivation to ensure quality and consistent product
- Maintaining efficient, friendly service standards at all times
- Politely answering the telephone & customer questions
- Reporting all customer complaints to the Manager on duty
- Safely handling all hot and colds drinks during drink preparation.
- Willing to learn and to grow with us

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: From RM8.20 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 48 per week
