**Deskripsi Pekerjaan**:
Kami sedang mencari individu yang mahir dan teliti untuk menyertai pasukan kami sebagai **Pemasang Mikrosemenn Lantai**. Calon yang sesuai mestilah mempunyai pengalaman dalam aplikasi mikrosemenn atau kemasan konkrit hiasan, serta kemahiran tinggi dalam kerja permukaan. Anda akan bertanggungjawab untuk kerja penyediaan, aplikasi, dan kemasan mikrosemenn pada lantai untuk projek kediaman dan komersial.

**Tanggungjawab Utama**:

- Menyediakan permukaan lantai (membersih, mengisar, memprimer) sebelum aplikasi mikrosemenn
- Memasang salutan mikrosemenn menggunakan alat seperti kulir (trowel)
- Memastikan hasil akhir yang licin, rata dan mengikut spesifikasi reka bentuk
- Mencampur bahan dengan tepat mengikut panduan produk
- Menjaga peralatan kerja dalam keadaan baik
- Mematuhi semua garis panduan keselamatan dan kesihatan
- Berkomunikasi dengan penyelia projek atau pelanggan di tapak jika perlu
- Melakukan pembersihan selepas kerja dan memastikan kawasan kerja kemas

**Syarat-syarat**:

- Pengalaman dalam pemasangan mikrosemenn atau kerja permukaan yang serupa (contoh: konkrit licin, epoxy, plaster)
- Faham tentang teknik penyediaan dan aplikasi permukaan
- Boleh bekerja secara berdikari dan juga dalam pasukan
- Fizikal yang sihat dan mampu mengangkat bahan serta berdiri lama
- Teliti dan berorientasikan kualiti
- Lesen memandu dan kenderaan sendiri adalah satu kelebihan

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ensure a smooth, even finish that meets design specifications
- Accurately mix materials according to product guidelines
- Maintain work tools and equipment in good condition
- Adhere to all safety and health guidelines
- Communicate with project supervisors or clients on-site if needed
- Perform cleanup after work and ensure the work area is tidy

**Requirements**:

- Experience in microcement installation or similar surface work (e.g., polished concrete, epoxy, plaster)
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Physically fit and able to lift materials and stand for long periods
- Detail-oriented and quality-focused
- Having a valid driver's license and own transport is an advantage
