Responsibilities
- Ensure kitchenware and equipment are in good working condition, identify repair & maintenance needed and report faulty cases promptly.
- Inspect raw products/materials delivered by suppliers to ensure meeting quality and Halal standards.
- Perform quality control and competency assessment to ensure each individual equipped with necessary knowledge for smooth operations.
- Responsible for checking of oil condition, follow standard of procedures for frying and grilling of food and other food items.
- Check and ensure consistent products quality daily and every shift.
- To perform hygiene inspection in all area of restaurant including kitchen, dining area and guest facilities (toilet, prayer room).
- Perform pest control inspection and ensure that the restaurant maintains a clean and safe environment for guests and staff.
- Record inspection results by completing reports and logs, summarizing re-work and waste.
- Inventory
- basic stock check (condition and expiry of products).
- Perform any other duties assigned by superior as and when required.

REQUIEREMENTS:

- Possess at least SPM and diploma in Food Tech or any related field.
- At least 1 year working experience.
- Preferably experienced in food industry.
- Fresh graduate encourage to apply.
- Knowledge in ISO 22000, HACCP, GMP, HALAL is an advantage (Training will be provided.)
- Computer literate at Microsoft World, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
