- **Order Processing**: Handle the entire order processing cycle, from order entry to delivery. This includes verifying orders, coordinating with different departments to ensure timely delivery, and maintaining accurate records of sales transactions.
- **Database Management**: Maintain and update customer and sales databases, ensuring that all information is current and accurate. This data may include customer details, product information, and sales performance metrics.
- **Inventory Management**: to monitor stock levels, track inventory movement, and ensure sufficient product availability to meet customer demands.
- **Sales Reporting and Analysis**: Assist in generating regular sales reports and analyzing sales data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement. This information can be valuable for decision-making and setting sales targets.

**Qualifications**
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business administration or a related field is a plus. Fresh graduates are welcomed.
- Proven experience as a sales administrator, sales coordinator, or in a similar administrative role will have an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficient in both English and Malay is required. Mandarin is a plus.
