**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
1. Driving Duties
- Safely transport the CEO to and from business meetings, appointments, and personal engagements.
- Plan and follow the most efficient routes for timely transportation.
- Ensure the company vehicles is well-maintained, clean, and in excellent working condition.
- Conduct regular checks on the vehicle (e.g., oil, fuel, brakes, tires, lights) and report any issues to management.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations to ensure the safety of passengers.

2. Administrative Support
- Assist with administrative tasks as required by the Managing Director / Top Management
- Run errands, such as picking up deliveries or purchases, and handle other dispatch duties as assigned.
- Manage schedules and appointments, ensuring punctuality and effective time management.

3. Other Responsibilities
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
- Assist with carrying luggage, packages, and other items as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Managing Director.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Proven experience as a personal driver or chauffeur, preferably for high-level executives.
- Excellent knowledge of local and surrounding areas.
- Ability to navigate efficiently and use GPS and other navigation tools.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- High level of professionalism and discretion.
- Good physical condition to handle driving and occasional lifting of luggage or packages.
- Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings and weekends, if necessary.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,900.00 - RM3,400.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
