**Responsibilities**
- Responsible in submitting & collecting official document from government agencies & others and also ensure all document returned safely.
- Responsible to send official letters that require immediate attention to legal firms, banks, government offices and other agencies and companies.
- To submit necessary documents at Perak High Court/Sec. Court and to get CTC for related documents.
- To record and itemised registered letters, pos laju, operate franking machines & stamping at stamp duty office (LHDN).
- To deposit office money collection everyday at local banks.
- Responsible to open and close office and ensure all equipment / lamps are plugged in / closed.
- To attend to any other duties that may be assigned by the Head of Branch or superior from time to time.
**Requirement**
- Minimum SPM
- Own a motorcycle
- No experience needed
- Able to work at Amanah Raya Berhad - Ipoh Branch

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract

**Salary**: RM1,200.00 - RM1,300.00 per month
