**Key Responsibilities**

**Website Monitoring**:

- Regularly check the website for performance issues, broken links, and downtime.
- Monitor website uptime and functionality using tools like Google Analytics, Pingdom, or other monitoring software.
- Troubleshoot website issues and coordinate with the development team for resolutions.

**Content Updates**:

- Assist in updating website content, banners, and announcements.
- Ensure all web pages are optimized for performance and display properly across different browsers and devices.

**Security & Maintenance**:

- Monitor for potential security vulnerabilities and suspicious activity on the website.
- Support regular website backups and updates for plugins, themes, and software

**Analytics and Reporting**:

- Generate regular reports on website performance metrics (traffic, bounce rate, loading speed, etc.).
- Identify and suggest improvements based on analytics insights.

**General IT Support**:

- Provide assistance in other IT-related tasks as needed, including software updates and basic troubleshooting.

Pay: From RM1,200.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:

- Overtime pay
