**PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES**:

- Execute the events’ plans effectively, ensure every single activity is delivered efficiently, perform on-site inspections and highlight to the Head/Manager if there is any concerns or delay.
- Track all expenses to ensure they are within approved allocation/budget to optimize expenses.
- Conduct research on future education related events or exhibitions that would be beneficial for MMASB/ALAM to participate in creating visibility to the industry and proof credibility to stakeholders, reaching out to the existing clientele, and building a more established and reliable brand.
- Work together with MISC Group Corporate Communication (GCC) to coordinate the exhibitions’ preparation and requirement to ensure smooth execution.
- Execute and administer accommodation arrangements on MMASB/ALAM’s non-paying guests to provide excellence customer experience.
- Work with MISC GCC to plan and implement ALAM public relations and advertising strategies to maximize awareness and maximize reach to MMASB/ALAM target audience and to the public in general.
- Plan and organize MMASB/ALAM promotional programs such as exhibitions and career talks to market ALAM and increase visibility on the offerings.
- Plan and ensure effective co-ordination of visits by local and foreign visitors to the Academy to ensure smooth execution and welcome potential revenue generation.
- Work with MISC GCC to prepare the write up and materials about MMASB/ALAM for internal and external parties/publication as part of promotional programs.
- Obtain, compile and coordinate all aspects of designs and materials for the production and publication of promotional/marketing materials.
- To improve and update MMASB/ALAM website in cooperation with GCC and the members of the website committee

**EXPERIENCE**:

- At least 5 - 7 years of related working experience with exposure in Events Management / PR / Corporate Communications.

**QUALIFICATION**:

- Degree in Social Studies, Public Relations, Mass Communication, Business Administration or equivalent.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
