We specialises in BMW and Mini car models. In view of strong customer demand and future expansion, we’re looking to hire qualified Service Advisors to join our team. Job Responsibilities: - Attend to customers and record customer’s request and service information - Provide professional advice to customers on BMW & Mini maintenance and repair - Spare Parts Management - Liaise with admin to ensure customer bill is correct - Maintain data in eJobsheet - Manage customer enquiries (phone, whatsapp, social media, company app) - Produce quotation and submit accurate quotation to customer. - Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of workshop **Requirements**: - Honest, responsible and friendly personality. - Able to converse and write in English, Malay Or Chinese. - Applicants must be willing to work in Cyberjaya or a future location within KL and Selangor. **Benefits**: - On-time payment of salary and EPF/SOCSO/EIS contribution - Annual leave (8 days as a start and accumulate more the longer you work with Vebo) - Year End Holiday Bonus - Celebration Bonus (ie: Raya Bonus) - Annual Leave Buyback at 2x rate. - Strongman Bonus (Reward for employees with good health - up to 2 months salary) - Job Details **Job Info & Requirement** - Contract Type- Full-time- Job Type- Non-Executive- Experience Level- < 1 year, 1-3 years, 3-5 years- Job Categories- Cars/Vehicles-Related- Minimum Education Required- SKM Level 3 Diploma in Automotive Relevant Certifications- Language Required- English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin/Cantonese- Nationality Preferred- Malaysians Only- Gender Preferred- All Genders- Own Transport- Motorcycle**Salary & Other benefits** - Salary**RM 2,000 to RM 3,500 per month
