Job Description**
As an Business Process CI, Data Analytics & Solutions Specialist, you will**:
- Develop, implement and maintain the automation, initiatives and innovation.
- Enable efficiency quick wins happen through NAS organization, the technologies are not limited to VBA, Python, MS platform (Power Apps, Power Automates), My SQL, Power BI, or H5 (WeChat), API, XML etc.
- Facilitate business partners to elaborate pain points, process mapping, workflow, convert them to business. Requirements, and deliver Proof of Concepts (POCs), Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) to make discussed. Solutions or innovation materialized.
- Demonstrate and advocate successful digital practices to the organization to inspire and engage more requirements. No matter through direct replications, or roadshow, training, workshop, community or best practice sharing
- Ensure compliance with all data and technology rules and regulations of the company, be mind of data security.
To develop and maintain materials relating to new functionality being applied in upgrades of CW1.
Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you will need**:
- Master of Excel VBA, Python, API and MS platform (Power APP, Power Automation). H5, SQL, My SQL, Power BI, JS and HTML are nice to have.
- Ability to document the developed program/tool and deliver training to end
- users.
- Bachelor degree in IT with 3 years global forwarding industry background is preferred.
- Good project management skill
- Agile/ Scrum master certification is a plus.
- Sound knowledge in CargoWise One.
