This position will have significant experience in delivering objectives and supporting Asia remote factories/contract manufacturers. The role is that of an individual contributor who is a self
- starter and able to operate independently of day-to-day supervision.

This position requires to analyze data in SAP, internal shortage tool to identify, validate and roll up material risk, supports expediting key material to meet manufacturing and customer delivery dates. The pivotal function of this job is alarming material risks in advance and escalate on time to prevent shipment risk.

He or she requires to work with internal supply chain team consists of Buyers, Commodity, Supply Business Managers and leadership to find all possible solutions to mitigate etc material allocation priority, Problem Report status change, sell back and de-kit option etc.

The person will act as interface to cross functional team to ensure the remote factories production and customer delivery are meet.

Factory support should be capable of scenario planning based on provided forecasted plan to share supplier healthiness and drive root cause action plan for improving internal process to prevent shipment delay. He/she also need to actively identify and engage in inside lead time material risk to identify gating parts, support pull in and alarming material change by Order BOM change or engineering change request and support material containment plan.

**Other Job Responsibilities**
- Coordinate cross-functional teams through meetings and progress measurement activity which bring distinct, specific projects to completion both on time and within tolerable risk levels.
- Manage non-technical, supply chain projects using an internal customer perspective, typically from initiation through delivery.
- Provide forecasting, planning and strategic execution support to the supply chain to meet current and future business requirements.
- Develop and monitor risk mitigation strategies, and coordinate root cause corrective actions
- Lead and participate in projects to resolve problems or to support continuous process improvement
- Develop timely reports and key performance indicators to identify/monitor material delivery challenges

**Minimum Qualifications**
- Minimum of 8 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 5 years and a Master’s degree; or a PhD with 3 years experience.
- Experience as escalation level/single contact person for multiple commodities material shortages
- Fluent in English and experience in working cross functional team located in different countries
- Strong communicator capable of developing and delivering compelling arguments and presentations.
- Must understand how manufacturing operates and close to work with supply chain and order fulfillment.
- Ability to analyze and utilize data in decision making, achievement of business objectives, and driving best quality solutions, practices and policies
- Must be proficient in MS Excel, Power Point

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience in managing remote factory/contract manufacturers
- Experience in chairing meetings with attendees located in different countries and different level of the organization including executive level
- Proven problem solution provider.
- SAP experience is preferred
