**People & Culture Manager**
We’re looking for an experienced and passionate **People & Culture Manager** to lead our HR operations and drive a positive, high-performance work culture. You will oversee all core HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, payroll processing, disciplinary actions, performance management and the full scope of foreign worker management.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Build and promote a strong workplace culture aligned with company values
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding for local and foreign workers
- Oversee payroll, statutory contributions (EPF/SOCSO/EIS), and HR admin
- Handle disciplinary procedures, grievance management, and employee relations
- Coordinate work permits, medical screenings (FOMEMA), and immigration compliance for foreign staff
- Ensure legal and policy compliance (EA, PDPA, JTK, Immigration)
- Lead performance appraisals, training initiatives, and employee engagement programs
- Maintain accurate HR records and support HRMS system usage

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Degree in HR, Business Admin, or equivalent
- 6+ years of HR experience including payroll, compliance & foreign worker handling
- 3+ years in leadership role
- Familiar with Malaysian labour laws and HR best practices
- Strong people skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
