With a strong commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction, we are rapidly expanding our team and seeking a results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing sales department.
**Responsibilities**:
- **Client Acquisition**: Identify and target potential clients through proactive prospecting, networking, and relationship building to expand the customer base.
- **Sales Presentations**: Deliver compelling sales presentations to showcase our products/services, highlighting their features and benefits to meet the needs of potential clients.
- **Negotiation and Closing**: Effectively negotiate terms and conditions with clients to achieve mutually beneficial agreements. Close deals and achieve or exceed sales targets.
- **Market Research**: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands. Provide insights to the team to refine sales strategies and capitalize on emerging opportunities.
- **Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products/services.
- **Sales Reporting**: Keep accurate records of sales activities, including leads, opportunities, and closed deals. Generate regular reports to update the management team on sales performance.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies with marketing initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
**Requirements**:
- **Education and Experience**: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- **Communication Skills**: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Ability to articulate product features and benefits persuasively.
- **Negotiation Skills**: Strong negotiation and closing skills. Ability to handle objections and turn challenges into opportunities.
- **Customer Focus**: Dedication to providing excellent customer service. Understanding of customer needs and the ability to tailor solutions accordingly.
- **Results-Oriented**: Driven by achieving and exceeding sales targets. Proven ability to take initiative and work independently.
- **Adaptability**: Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Willingness to learn and stay updated on industry trends.
- **Team Player**: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively within a team.
**Additional Skills**:
- Experienced in Electronics Manufacturing Industry is an advantage.
- Competence with Microsoft Office Tools

**How to Apply**:
**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
