Job Description:
1. Sales Activities:

- Achieve monthly sales targets set by the company.
- Identify and attract new customers while maintaining good relationships with existing customers.
- Provide detailed explanations about Proton products to customers.

2. Communication & Marketing Skills:

- Conduct digital marketing, including live streaming on platforms like TikTok, Facebook, or Instagram.
- Deliver clear, engaging, and professional presentations in front of the camera.
- Handle customer inquiries both online and offline.

3. Documentation Management:

- Ensure all transaction documents are complete and well-organized.

4. Customer Service:

- Provide friendly and professional service to help customers make informed purchase decisions.
- Handle customer complaints or issues with professionalism.

Requirement:

- Male or female, aged 20 to 45 years old.
- Well-groomed, presentable, and confident in speaking in front of a camera.
- Possess a valid driving license.
- Strong sales skills, including negotiation and closing deals.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience in sales or marketing (preferred).
- No experience? Training and guidance provided.
- Basic knowledge of the automotive industry is an advantage.
- Proactive, highly motivated, and able to work under pressure to achieve targets.
- Able to work independently as well as in a team.
