**JOB SUMMARY**

Responsible for an efficient and effective machine and facilities maintenance management of the factory, to ensure production is operated smoothly and efficiently at an affordable cost as targets achieved.

**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITY**
- Lead & assist supervisors & technicians in troubleshooting machine issues related to electrical system, carry out KAIZEN activities planning & Root Cause Analysis via 4M, 5Whys methodology.
- Responsible to continuously review, coordinate & schedule preventive maintenance checklist & activity to ensure continuous improvement will support machine reliable operation.
- To carry out modifications and changes of existing machine and documented it to improve quality as well as productivity.
- Responsible to develop BQ, BOM & scope of work on projects for procurement processes, plan & scheduling projects progress via Gantt Chart in detail.
- Reviewing technical specification for electrical components, instruments, cable, etc before confirmation to purchase/project award.
- Develop SOP, OPL, & HIRARC related to work activity, plan and coordinate service department manpower job deployment effectively and fairly.
- Monitor spare parts movement & availability to ensure production continuity by controlling method of stock receiving and issuing.
- Ensure working area 6s continuously & factory operations comply with FMA 1967 & OSHA 1994 requirements.
