Production Executive

Requirements
1. Preferably Degree in Production, Material Planning or equivalent
2. Preferable 3-5 years of working experience in retail industry (retail production) and ISO documentation would be an added advantage.
4. Must be computer literate and ability to effectively manage paperwork
5. Able to work as a team and posses leadership capability
6. Able to work independently with minimum supervision, good working attitude, initiative, responsibility, and trustworthy
7. Able to start immediately are an added advantage
8. Able to handle tough and high-pressure environment
Key Responsibilities & Accountability
1. To ensure standard of procedures and quality standards been seriously adhered to by all team members.
2. To manage, support and supervise in production related documentations, data entry monitoring, filing system and payment progress.
3. To manage and develop overall of production schedules.
4. To analyze current product trend and forecast upcoming production
5. Prepare timely and accurately all daily, weekly and monthly production report, quality issues report and other recommendations to improve overall performance
6. Lead a production team and drive transformation in alignment with the company's expansion plan.
7. Plan, organize, direct and control manpower and equipment capacity to maximize utilization, ensuring the quality and outcome optimized, support in-house QC.
8. Improve on the company's production process to achieve cost and time efficiency.
9. Ensure daily/monthly target output is achieved.
10. Manage and update stock movement and in-hand stock balance.
11. Project management.
12. Perform ad-hoc job assigned by Management as when needed.
13. Initiate problem-solving and trouble-shooting processes so as to reduce the production related problems and delays.
14. Driving continuous improvement initiatives to improve on the production's capacity, efficiency and quality.
15. Manage and train up production team's level of technical skill.
