Job Summary

This role supports the business operations through analysis of business processes and data primarily supporting the Sales, Marketing and Logisitc.

**Responsibilities**:

- Participate in the planning and implementation of key strategic projects to ensure it meets the project timeline and delivers to the agreed quality and delivery date.
- Analyse business metrics and dynamics across all functions
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights to support strategic decision making
- Create and maintain detailed documentation of business processes, requirements and analysis findings
- Interpret data from various sources, both government agencies and private to formulate reports and make recommendations.
- Perform valid and reliable market research-based SWOT analysis.
- Assist in analysis of potential risks and challenges associated with business initiatives and develop mitigating strategies
- Support inter-country shipping of equipment including but not limited to co-ordination with freight forwarders, project managers, suppliers and China counterparts
- Perform any other duties as assigned

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering/finance/business or mathematics.
- Prior experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role
- Experienced in supply chain or logistic is advantageous

Required Skills/Abilities
- Advanced Excel and Powerpoint skills.
- Familiar with Power BI, Tableau or similar reporting tools.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to details.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills, with statistical knowledge
- Good strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Skills in SQL, Python or other data tools is a bonus
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism and confidentiality.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,200.00 per month
