**Hiring Position**: Preschool Teacher for English

We are looking for an early childhood educator who is passionate about transforming the lives of the early learners and people around her.

**Requirements**:
1. Must love children and believe in child-centered learning.

2. At least 2 years of working experience in early childhood education including a kindergarten/ preschool enrichment environment.

3. Sound knowledge and experience in Montessori method and/or any other teaching methods especially phonetic skills.

4. Has a certification in Montessori / Early Childhood Education/ Psychology/ Music or in the process of completing one is an advantage.

5. Fluent in English. The ability to communicate in Mandarin and Malay language is an advantage.

6. Good communication and interpersonal skills, and well-organised.

7. Committed, responsible and a team player.

8. Open mind with a positive attitude and mindset, willing to unlearn, relearn and continuous learning

9. Believes in making learning fun with a team of loving teachers.

10. Must attend in-house training to learn to use the materials effectively.

1. To lead and be responsible for classroom teaching.

2. To plan and execute lessons on visual, auditory and kinesthetic, and activities based on the curriculum.

3. To update the head teacher on progress via learning management app, progress sheets, parent-teacher meetings, etc.

4. To hold periodical parent-teacher meetings with the head teacher.

5. To support the organisation's mission and vision with the team.

**Starting date**: 7 November 2024

**Working hours**:Saturdays from 2.15pm to 3.45pm; and 4.15pm to 5.45pm

**Location**: Bandar Utama, Petaling Jaya

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: RM30.00 - RM50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 4 per week
