**Job Scope**:
- Provide professional medical consultation and healthcare advices to all the customers
- Provide excellent service and maintain good relationship with all our customers
- Manage and oversee outlet operation according to standards and procedure of the company
- Lead the outlet staffs as a team to achieve the outlet sales KPI
- Perform poison & inventory control
- Managing good poison recording and scheduled poison-related issues
- Be responsible in providing guidance and teaching to the subordinates
- Always keeps up to date on the market trend in term of medication, product knowledge and latest pharmacology finding
- Participate in company activities when necessary
**Job Requirements**:
- Fully Registered Pharmacist under Malaysia Pharmaceutical Board.
- Enthusiastic, proactive, passionate in the pharmacy professional and have a genuine interest in community pharmacy practices.
- Communication skills, leadership and interpersonal skill
- Pleasant personality, customer-friendly
- Willing to work on rotation shift, weekends and public holidays.
