Interior Designer

Overall Job Function

The Project Executive shall be responsible to coordinate all the construction site activities and supervises all on site workers as required to successfully complete the project on schedule and within budget. This also includes maintaining the highest quality, supervising on-site personnel, while administering good construction safety practices with all on-site activities.

Primary Responsibilities

1. To act and discharge duties and responsibilities in a professional manner in accordance to all regulatory, statutory requirements and the contractual obligations of the Company.

2. To fully understand the project plan and ensure work is carried as per specification and contract requirement.

з. To prepare work schedule, coordinate and supervise all construction related activities.

4. To lead all on-site personnel (contractor's/sub-contractor's workers, our workers and etc.) to achieve completion of the project on schedule, within budget, with quality workmanship that conforms to original plans and specifications.

5. To control and minimize wastage of materials & machineries on-site.

6. To schedule and attend on-site inspections throughout the process.

7. To proactively identify work site problems and provide solutions.

8. To report to superior on project progress and site issues

9. To work with Procurement department to order the resources necessary to complete a proiect and responsible for the timely delivery of these resources.

10. To maintain a positive relationship with clients, contractors, suppliers and our teammate.

11. To drive work site safety, promote safe work practices and rectifies job site safety hazards immediately.

12. To ensure all site workers and sub-contractors adhere to the compan's and client's safety policy at all time.

13. To conduct post mortem on projects and propose better work procedure if necessary,

14. To assist with administrative duties and ensuring compliance to ISO Standards.

Secondary Responsibilities

15. To assist in other duties as and when assigned by your superior or any of the company's duly authorized officers.
