**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a friendly, organized, and professional **Receptionist & Admin Staff** to join our team. You will be responsible for managing front desk operations, handling administrative tasks, and ensuring excellent guest/customer service.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist guests/customers in a professional manner.
- Maintain records, invoices, and general administrative duties.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Handle mails post in/post out processes efficiently.
- Assist in managing office supplies and correspondence.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in reception or administration.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in [mention any software like MS Office.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
