Responsible for supporting specific functional / business areas in terms of information system needs

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Support the Delivery team in ensuring smooth systems delivery from initiation to implementation.
- Maintain positive relationships with all the internal and external teams (business).
- Identifying customer needs and oversee service delivery within the business context.
- Support the delivery team in managing conflict, and ensuring the team's processes and tasks are carried out efficiently.
- Provide support in managing finances and budgets.
- Remain organized and meet deadlines.
- Communicate clearly and professionally to convey confidence even when under pressure
- Building partnerships and liaising with cross functional team members to determine the delivery criteria, and solutions for all assigned projects/tasks.
- Able to provide accurate reports on the status, risks and challenges on a timely basis on the projects on hand.

Qualifications and Experience:

- At least a minimum of 3 years’ experience in project delivery, stakeholder management
- Knowledge of JIRA, Confluence and other support tools
- Good computer skills and the ability to use business support software.
- Strong customer service, project management, and quality control skills.
- Good resource planning skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong teamwork skills and attention to detail.
- Able to work independently with mínimal direction
