**WE'RE HIRING: GENERAL CLERK (E-COMMERCE MARKETING SUPPORT)**
- Location: Juru, Bukit Mertajam
- Working Hours: Full-time
Are you organized, detail-oriented, and ready to grow with a fast-paced e-commerce team? We’re looking for a General Clerk to assist our Ecommerce Marketing Department in handling daily administrative and support tasks.
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide general administrative and clerical support to the marketing team
- Assist in data entry, report preparation, and maintaining document records
- Help coordinate marketing samples and product arrangements for shoots or live sessions
- Support content team with filing, organizing materials, and other backend tasks
- Monitor and follow up on basic order processing or listing documentation
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth workflow
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor
**Requirements**:
- Minimum SPM / STPM or equivalent
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English (Mandarin is an added advantage)
- Responsible, reliable, and willing to learn
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
