**Responsibilities**:
- To assist doctors in all wellness procedures and medical procedures as required by the doctors.
- To perform a medical assessment to gather relevant information, maintain and organize all assessment results and records, and other data.
- To assist with scheduling appointments, managing client flow, and coordinating treatment plans.
- To process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- To ensure proper handling and administration of products and medications.
- To manage clinic inventory, ensuring an adequate supply of medical products.
- To monitor and maintain room, equipment, and supplies, ensuring they are tidy, clean, sterile, and in good working condition pre-and post-treatment.
- To maintain accurate and up-to-date client database and records, including payment details, medical history, treatment plans, progress notes, and documentation of procedures performed.
- Conduct post-treatment follow-up appointments to assess treatment outcomes, monitor the client's progress and treatment plans, and give counselling to provide nutrition/diet prescriptions and exercise plans to ensure clients maintain a healthy lifestyle and achieve desired results.
- To build a good rapport with clients. To ensure a positive client experience by providing excellent customer service, empathy, and personalized care. To address client's concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.
- To adhere to clinic policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines to ensure compliance with industry standards and legal requirements.
**Requirements**:
- Possess a minimum of 1 to 2 years of working experience in the Nursing/Medical field including in the government sector/private hospital/clinic/nursing home
- Pleasant, well-groomed, responsible, self-motivated, and with good communication skills.
- Able to carry out instruction punctually and disciplined in completing the task in detail.
- 6 off days per month, able to work on weekends and public holidays.
- Able to multitask and work well independently and as well as a team.
- able to recognize emergency medications and general medications needed for clinic operations
- Able to operate the ECG machine without assistance.
- Able to do Ad Hoc duties as required by clinic manager and doctors
- having undergone basic life support (BLS) training is an added bonus
**Salary**: RM1,900.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
