We are a 30-year-old printing company based in Bukit Mertajam. We have diversified over time and we also have our own products. Currently we have a workforce or about 20 people, and around 5 of them are office staff who are admins, sales and in-house designers. So, it’s a small team and lesser drama. Despite our small work force, we supply packaging from Penang till Singapore, we produce almost 2 million boxes per year. As we expand, we have constant recruitments always. Unlike usual recruitment process, we are doing it differently. We value skills and personality of our staff without discrimination, that’s why we do not put “years of experience” or “qualifications such as degree or masters” as a benchmark for hiring. We strongly believe these do not guarantee or do justice to the outstanding skills one might have to be an amazing contributor to the team. Here are some of the briefs for our positions available:

- CONTENT CREATOR

Now we are building a pioneer team for marketing and communications, what we are expecting from you are:
1. Able to create content creatively, using our primary platform which is TikTok.

2. Not camera shy, able to do content quick as we are targeting at least 4 content per week.

3. Able to analyse to current trend and FYPs.

4. High knowledge skills in using TikTok, Capcut editing.

5. Able to commute for creating content when we do events throughout Malaysia.

6. Love to socialise and friendly personality.

7. Able to work flexible hours.

8. Able to be highly committed to strict time frame.

Basically, if you are really interested in social media, content creating and love socializing, this is the job for you. We do not aspect you to have any previous job experience nor qualifications, just pure enthusiasm.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Internship, Fresh graduate, Student job
Contract length: 24 months

**Salary**: RM1,496.52 - RM3,408.13 per month
