Job Description 1. To establish the administration and management of the contract and cost procedures of the company. 2. To carry out pre-contract and post-contract activities 3. To prepare pre-qualifications documents, if any, tenders bid and quotations 4. To review, evaluate and propose recommendations on tenders and quotations submitted by the subcontractors and suppliers 5. To prepare and maintain subcontractor’s Workmen Compensation, Insurance All Risk and Performance Bond. 6. To ensure all work carried out by subcontractor’s are in accordance to the requirement of main contractor and subcontracts 7. To monitor on amendments and changes to the scope of work and conditions of contract, variation orders and extension of time 8. To prepare and submit interim progress claim to client. 9. To evaluate and prepare progress claims and final accounts from subcontractors 10. To attend site meeting as and when required by project manager 11. To take of quantities from drawings and prepare bill quantities Requirement Ø Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying Ø At least 2 experience Ø Experience handling project QS at site is an advantageous. Ø Strong analytical, critical thinking skills and sound knowledge of construction Ø Excellent negotiating, interpersonal skills and great networking abilities Ø Ability to organize, plan and strategist Ø Job Types : Full time
