**Job Description: Admin cum Front Desk - Executive**

**Location**: The Met, Corporate Office Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
**Employment Type**: Full-Time (Weekdays - 9am to 6pm ; Sat - 9am to 1pm)
**Salary Range**: RM3,500 - RM4,000

**Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients by managing the front desk professionally.
- Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management.
- Check and monitor payments, claims, and transactions to agents or vendors.
- Manage all office-related tasks, including office supplies, maintenance, and general upkeep.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized office environment.
- Assist in events or company activities whenever needed.
- Support various departments with ad-hoc administrative tasks when required.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Diploma, Advanced Diploma in Administrative, or a related field.
- **Experience**: More than 2 years of related experience in administrative or receptionist roles.
- **Language Skills**: Proficiency in English, Malay, and Mandarin (preferred for effective communication).
- **Mobility**: Must be willing to travel and outstation when required.
- **Skills**: Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.
- **Appearance**: Pleasant and professional appearance with a friendly and approachable attitude
- **Independence**: Able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- **Technology**: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
